Global Pricing Analyst (6 months - 12 months) #JTL

1. Support General Price Increase (GPI) Exercise

• Assist in compiling monthly incentive plans for Global Customers’ GPI review.

• Follow-up with Tender Managers, Customer Managers and relevant stakeholders to clarify pricing terms.

• Provide support in creating GPI Letters and tracking of GPI acknowledgement and letter delivery.

2. Maintenance of Rates

• Support rate setup or updates in the Express Billing System (Global Rating Engine – GRE).

• Assist in the central implementation of the annual general price increase in GRE for Global Customers.

• Cross-check rates update in GRE to ensure accuracy

3. Maintenance of Global Agreements

• Maintain and review fuel terms for Global Customers, executing updates in GRE and communicating changes to Sales.

• Support post-activation maintenance activities, including contract expiry checks and account scope reviews, with communication to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • Preferably with 1 year of pricing administration experiences
  • On Job Training provided
