Description

The Global Principal is a senior executive leadership role responsible for shaping the firm’s strategic direction, leading large-scale transformation programs, and managing high-level client relationships across multiple geographies. The role also plays a key part in business growth, portfolio development, and thought leadership at the global level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee multiple large-scale, complex consulting engagements across sectors and geographies.
  • Define strategic direction and ensure alignment of engagements with overall business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, government leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive business development at a strategic level, including major pursuits, partnerships, and key accounts.
  • Oversee engagement directors and senior leadership teams to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Shape and approve high-level strategic recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities and global expansion initiatives.
  • Contribute to firm-wide strategy, capability building, and service offering development.
  • Ensure strong commercial performance across portfolio of engagements.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives and represent the firm in high-level forums and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15-20+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles.
  • Extensive experience in top-tier consulting firms (MBB, Big 4, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs at national or international level.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging government and C-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation.
  • Strong leadership and organizational influence capabilities.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
