Global Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global Procurement Specialist to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a graduate with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in procurement, demonstrating good verbal and written communication skills, and a strong customer orientation. The successful candidate will possess subject matter expertise in procurement processes and will be familiar with standard IT applications and the SAP environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. - Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and develop strategies to meet those needs effectively. - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms. - Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. - Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. - Provide support in the development and implementation of procurement strategies. Required Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong customer orientation and ability to build relationships. - Subject matter expertise in procurement processes. - Knowledge of standard IT applications and experience with SAP. This position offers a competitive salary package, with a CTC of up to 3.5 LPA. Candidates should be flexible to work in any shift and must be ready to join by November 6th.
