Global Project Logistics Tender Manager

You are responsible for:

• Global Tender preparation, including Pricing (all modes of transport) and Technical Proposals (e.g. Execution Plans, Answering RFIs)
• Global Stakeholder Management
• Coordination with other technical departments, e.g. HSE, Quality, Compliance, Engineering, Chartering
• Close cooperation with responsible sea and air freight departments and Trade Managers to ensure competitive offers
• Responsible for obtaining rates from shipping and air lines, as and when required, or any other alternative sources, e.g. barge transport, Heavy Lift transport
• Providing support within Global Bid Team with other commercial or technical requirement

• Solid PC operational knowledge along with MS Office applications experience, particularly Excel
