- As part of the global transformation, you will manage key transformation projects.
- Main focus is the implementation (especially integration and testing) of the HC application.
- You are responsible for planning and leading projects to ensure they complete the expected outcome in a timely fashion and within budget.
- You plan and manage the project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
- You will collaborate with internal members and customers for smooth and on-time delivery at checkpoints of each phase such as:
- Develop project charter and Business case (value, ROI of the project)
- Setting up project organization and governance
- Defining target operating model
- Tool/solution evaluation and implementation
- Communication and change management plan and execution
- Addressing stabilization phase, enhance and validate of project achievement for signoff
- Travell requirement 10%-20%
