Job Summary

The Global Project Manager serves as the key customer representative responsible for managing global programs across multiple manufacturing sites including China, Vietnam and Mexico. This role works closely with Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure successful execution of strategic customer projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage global customer programs throughout the product lifecycle.
Coordinate project execution across multiple manufacturing sites.
Lead customer meetings regarding schedule, quality, engineering changes and commercial issues.
Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) globally.
Monitor project KPIs including delivery, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate supply chain and capacity planning.
Support quotation and business development activities.
Lead cross-functional global project teams.
Identify business risks and recommend mitigation plans.
Prepare executive project reports for senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above.
8+ years of Project Management experience in EMS, Electronics or Semiconductor industries.
Strong customer-facing experience with multinational corporations.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing global manufacturing sites.
PMP certification preferred.
Fluent English and Mandarin.
