- Support the business in quality management & be a reliable subject matter expert in ISO standards and certification processes.
- Aide the Global Quality Manager in developing, deploying and maintaining the global quality management system – manuals, policies, procedures, processes and forms/documents.
- Assist the Global Quality Manager in organizing the global quality management strategy and objectives.
- Pharmaceutical License support.
- Assist the Global Quality Manager with the development, deployment and maintenance of global quality management software.
- Actively maintain QMS documents in the company document repository; support field operators with integrating existing documents into the QMS where appropriate.
- Keep abreast of emerging technology changes and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location.
Other Skills and Abilities
- Effective use of quality tools such as root cause analysis, corrective action/preventative action, QMS software & concepts and document control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to draft & edit policies, procedures, work instructions and forms.
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to clearly communicate to others in a customer service oriented manner.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Ability to compile, analyze and draft summary report of large data sets.
- Ability to support in audit or compliance review processes – confident & subjective personality.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management or general Business Administration.
