Global Senior Procurement Specialist | Braga

We are looking for a strategic leader to spearhead our global procurement strategy. This is a cross-functional role with full autonomy to optimize costs and ensure excellence in the acquisition of goods and services across the entire organization.

The primary goal is to drive cost optimization and quality assurance, covering production needs, technical project execution, facility maintenance, and corporate services, while fostering sustainable and efficient partnerships.

The Challenge

• Strategic Sourcing: Lead negotiations with global suppliers for raw materials and indirect services.
  

• Project Management & CAPEX: Manage procurement for infrastructure and technical equipment, including investment-heavy projects.
  

• 360º Optimization: Coordinate corporate fleet contracts, travel policies, facilities management, and logistics consumables.
  

Requirements

Ideal Profile

• Experience: 5 to 8 years in Procurement (Industrial, Tech, or Project Management sectors).
  

• Education: Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  

• Technical Skills: Advanced negotiation techniques, data analysis, and proficiency with ERPs (Zoho experience is a plus).
  

• Languages: Fluency in English (mandatory).
  

• Soft Skills: Strategic autonomy, strong communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
