Overall Mission

Ensure spare parts are available when needed by managing planning, purchasing, inventory, and supplier activities to support customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan spare parts demand and supply to ensure material availability for customer support.
• Create and follow up purchase orders with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery, lead time, and shortage issues.
• Manage critical shortages and coordinate recovery actions with Operations, Engineering, Field Service, and suppliers.
• Maintain healthy inventory levels while balancing availability, cost, and excess stock.
• Support material movements, repairs, stock transfers, and global inventory optimization.
• Ensure accurate data and planning parameters in ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Drive process improvements through reporting, analytics, forecasting, and automation initiatives.
