Summary of Role:
The Global Supply Chain Analyst, S&OP will support the strategic alignment of supply and demand across GlobalFoundries businesses from Austin, Texas.
This New College Graduate role will support supply chain transformation by analyzing demand, supply, inventory, financial, and capacity data, driving tool automation, and partnering cross-functionally on continuous improvement and product lifecycle management initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities include:
- Prepare, analyze, and present data on demand, supply, inventory, financials, and capacity to support S&OP activities within product lines.
- Co-lead tool automation initiatives to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across supply chain operations.
- Own continuous improvement projects and work with cross-functional partners to drive alignment.
- Support transformation of the product lifecycle management process cross-functionally.
- Use analytics, problem solving, and data analysis to support supply chain planning and operational decision-making.

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Education – Graduating with Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Product Marketing or related field from an accredited degree program.
- Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior related internship or co-op experience.
- Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
- Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.
- Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning & organizational skills
- Preferred prior classes or internship in supply chain or product marketing.
- Strong analytics, problem solving, data analysis, and attention to detail with ability to accurately manage, update, and maintain large datasets.

Expected Salary Range
$50,400.00 - $88,200.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
