Global Supply Manager - AI Infra
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management:
Develop commodity roadmaps and drive multi-year sourcing strategies for data center hardware with focus on networking and data deployment
Manage RFI/ RFQs/RFPs, cost analysis, business award
Establish Approved Vendor Lists (AVL) aligned with technical architecture
Commercial Negotiation & Contracting:
Negotiate master agreements, pricing, capacity allocations, volume commitments, and lead-time compression targets.
Build "should-cost" models, conduct total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, and drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
Supply Assurance & Risk Mitigation:
Manage data center hardware lead times, and mitigate bottleneck risks across complex global supply chains.
Develop buffer-stock strategies and contingency plans against geopolitical, capacity, or supply disruptions.
Supplier & OEM/EMS Management:
Evaluate Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, Contract Manufacturers (CMs), OEMs, ODMs through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and scorecards (monitoring delivery, quality, and unit cost).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with AI infrastructure, Hardware Engineering, DC operations and Deployment teams to align demand forecasts with market capacity.
