We're currently searching for an enthusiastic Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to work at a group level and internationally. You will create an important impact on the acquisition of top technical talent and gain global exposure, allowing you to find and work with highly dedicated professionals in a stimulating environment.
Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end global recruitment process, with main functions including:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job intake to employment contract conclusion.
- Headhunt, select, and engage with top talent.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs.
- Continuously communicate to align recruitment process with organizational goals.
- Be an active member in the configuration and improvement of internal processes.
- Strive for excellence in candidate quality.
- Conduct interviews and create offers/contracts.
- Maintain candidates informed about the recruitment process.
- Create candidate reports and keep track of your activities and general information in our system.
- Facilitate onboarding with a smooth transition for new hires.
- Participate in other HR related topics.
- Be an ambassador of Sécheron Hasler Group.
Requirements
- English and local language fluency is mandatory. German is a strong plus, any other languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Master’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) preferred, or HR / Finance related fields with experience recruiting engineering technical positions.
