Your mission: help shape the way our Talent Acquisition teams work globally

As Bouygues Construction continues to grow internationally, we want to strengthen the way our Talent Acquisition teams work together across countries — sharing practices and resources, learning from one another and developing solutions together.

Your role will be to help us understand different local realities, connect teams and ideas, and find the right balance between global consistency and local relevance.

Working alongside the Head of Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Campus Relations and our HR international teams, you will contribute to turning this ambition into concrete ways of working.

Daily, you will :

  • Map Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Campus Relations practices, stakeholders and needs across our international locations
  • Help design our HR global operating model, including governance, roles and ways of working between global and local teams
  • Build collaborative workspaces, toolkits and resources that make it easier for countries to share and reuse best practices
  • Engage our international Talent Acquisition community through workshops, webinars and other collaborative formats
  • Analyse data, feedback and external benchmarks to identify opportunities and turn insights into recommendations and action plans
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Campus Relations projects alongside the wider 4 people team

What you bring :

  • You are currently studying at a Business School or university and are looking for a 6-month internship
  • You enjoy bringing structure to complex topics, have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with different stakeholders and cultures
  • You can turn ideas into clear recommendations and actions, and you enjoy making things happen
  • You have strong project management and communication skills, with a genuine interest in international business and strategy
  • You are fluent in English and comfortable working in French

What we bring :

  • You will gain hands-on experience in international projects, organisational design, talent acquisition strategy and change management
  • You will not simply execute an existing model, you will contribute to shaping how we work across countries
  • You will join an attractive work environment, benefit from competitive employment conditions, and discover the wide range of career opportunities across the Bouygues Group, including businesses such as Colas, Equans, Bouygues Telecom and TF1.
  • And there is something else you will gain: pride in being part of a company that has contributed to iconic landmarks such as the Channel Tunnel, the Grande Arche de la Défense, the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge, the Philharmonie de Paris, and many others.

Our straightforward recruitment process
