The Global Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment for Syspro's global technology and engineering teams across the UK and South Africa, attracting and securing top talent across software engineering, product, data, and other technical disciplines.
Partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders, the role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding, ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Liaise with hiring managers and People Partners to understand headcount plans, role requirements, and calibration feedback, translating business needs into effective sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics — including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire — providing insights to the People Operations team to support continuous improvement of the recruitment function.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate pools for recurring and critical roles, ensuring Syspro has access to engaged talent for future organisational needs.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with UK employment legislation — including the Equality Act 2010, UK GDPR, and right-to-work verification requirements — embedding equity and inclusion principles throughout the hiring process.
