[Team/Position Description]
Lead the strategic direction and execution of product initiatives within LINE TODAY, a news and content aggregation platform available in Taiwan and Thailand. Drive alignment with company goals, focusing on delivering impactful products that enhance user engagement and foster sustainable growth.

[Responsibilities]
1. Strategic Product Management:
＊Develop comprehensive product roadmaps, prioritizing features that balance user experience, market demands, and business impact.
＊Define and execute product strategies aligned with overall business objectives, ensuring product direction meets user needs while driving social engagement and growth.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
＊Effectively communicate strategic vision, product specifications, and user flows to all stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment and successful implementation
＊Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to deliver cohesive product solutions.
3. Product Development & Growth:
＊Collaborate with UX researchers, UI/UX designers, developers, and quality engineers to deliver well-designed, high-impact product features.
＊Leverage a user-centered and data-driven approach to define specifications, user flows, and interactive elements.
＊Identify and develop sub-products within LINE TODAY that enhance user engagement, meet local market needs, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

[Qualifications]
1. Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in product/project management or related technical role.
2. Experience in leading and influencing cross-functional teams, advocating initiatives, and driving product decisions.
3. Proficiency in project management software tools such as Jira, Notion and Trello.
4. Data insight capability by using tools like Google Analytics is highly preferred.
