Global Trade Operations – Data Analyst & Performance Monitoring

About the role

As a Performance Monitoring and Reporting Specialist, you will produce critical KPIs and dashboards to support global trade strategies. You will work within the European Trade Finance Service Centre to drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

• Produce and analyze recurrent reports and dashboards for main stakeholders.
• Chair SLA meetings with internal Business, IT, and Operations teams.
• Develop new indicators by identifying requirements and managing implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and new technologies like Python or AI.

What we're looking for

• You have at least 5 years of experience in data analysis, transformation, and reporting roles.
• You are an expert in Power Query, DAX, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Dataiku).
• You possess proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and intermediate Python skills.
• You have experience using AI solutions, including LLMs and prompting.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You hold a C1 level of English (Mandatory).
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills, risk management, and a client-focused mindset.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Trade Finance, Accounting, or Cash Management is a plus (Not mandatory).
