As a Global US Payroll Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, and compliance with labor laws. You will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting HR processes to efficiently aid our workforce within our Managed Services practice.
As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will take ownership of your development, actively listen, and apply professional standards to uphold the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Responsibilities
- Managing the employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues in accordance with HR protocols and guidelines
- Coordinating with team members to maintain accurate employee records and compliance with labor laws
- Supporting the execution of HR-related transactions and administrative activities
- Utilizing HR software to manage employee data and streamline HR processes
- Assisting in the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies
- Collaborating with stakeholders to improve HR service delivery and process documentation
- Applying knowledge of HR policies and labor laws to support HR operations
- Engaging in continuous learning to enhance skills and contribute to team success
- Participating in the analysis of HR metrics to inform decision-making and process improvements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Employee Data Management
