As a Global US Payroll Associate, you will be at the forefront of managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, and compliance with labor laws. You will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting HR processes to efficiently aid our workforce within our Managed Services practice.
As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage diverse perspectives. Driven by curiosity, you will adapt to varying challenges and take ownership of delivering consistent quality work that drives value for our clients.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities
- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Handling employee inquiries and issues, providing resolution or escalation as needed
- Coordinating staff activities to support HR operations and service delivery
- Administering employee records and confirming compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Utilizing HR software to maintain data quality and manage employee information
- Supporting the implementation of employee engagement strategies and HR policies
- Documenting processes and contributing to process improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with team members to deliver consistent and reliable HR services
- Applying knowledge of HR metrics to analyze data and inform decision-making
- Participating in the development and execution of HR shared services and managed services initiatives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Employee Data Management
- Excelling in Communication and Stakeholder Communications
