About the role
FranklinWH is seeking a Global Website Manager with an international mindset to lead the strategy, operations, and continuous optimization of our global website. As the owner of our global web presence, you will oversee content strategy, user experience, information architecture, SEO, AI search optimization (GEO/AEO), analytics, and cross-functional website initiatives. Your work will strengthen our global brand presence, improve the digital customer journey, and drive measurable conversion and business growth. This role collaborates closely with teams in the United States and other international markets. Excellent written and spoken English is therefore essential. You will lead the planning, development, and quality control of English-language website content, ensuring that everything we publish is accurate, on-brand, and relevant to audiences across our global markets.
Key responsibilities
Own the global website roadmap, day-to-day operations, and continuous optimization.
Define and improve the site's information architecture, page layouts, navigation, and user journeys.
Partner with product, brand, and marketing teams to launch new products, campaign hubs, landing pages, and other digital experiences.
Manage website content and updates, ensuring that information remains accurate, consistent, timely, and aligned with brand standards.
Own the English-language website content strategy, editorial planning, and quality control.
Lead the website's SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimization, on-page SEO, and technical SEO.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, search visibility, engagement, user behavior, and conversion performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and related tools.
Work closely with global marketing, product, brand, design, and technical teams.
Manage cross-functional website projects from planning through launch and post-launch optimization.
Coordinate external developers, agencies, and vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
About you
Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 5 years of experience in website management, website operations, digital marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to use English as your primary working language.
Proven ability to independently develop and edit English-language content and communicate effectively with international teams.
Strong understanding of web UX, information architecture, content design, and page optimization.
Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and how modern search engines discover, evaluate, and rank content.
Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and other website analytics tools.
Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
