Global Website Operations & Governance Manager

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for website requests, operational issues, and governance matters across country markets.
2. Clarify the objectives, scope of impact, and priority of incoming requests, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
3. Establish structured mechanisms for request intake, categorization, routing, tracking, escalation, and closure.
4. Coordinate across functions, including Market, Marketing, PM, UX/UI, and other relevant teams.
5. Establish and continuously optimize global website operating processes, governance standards, quality requirements, and roles and responsibilities.
6. Manage critical cross-market issues, operational risks, resource conflicts, and recurring problems.
7. Define the operating model, capability development roadmap, and performance metrics for the Website Operations Team.

需求條件

1. 7+ years of experience in website operations, digital platform management, or website project management.
2. Solid understanding of the end-to-end website lifecycle, from requirements gathering and UX/UI design to development, testing, launch, and ongoing operations.
3. Experience managing large-scale, multi-country, multilingual, or multi-brand websites.
4. Working knowledge of UX/UI, design systems, CMS platforms, SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), website accessibility, and brand consistency.
5. Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to independently lead global meetings, deliver presentations, and manage written communications.
6. Experience in people management; experience establishing governance frameworks, SOPs, SLAs, or operational processes is preferred.
7. Possess an AI-native mindset and proactively apply AI, automation, or AI agents to improve workflows and operational efficiency
