- Lead and coordinate Architectural/Civil design activities for high-end infrastructure projects.
- Review design drawings, technical documents and deliverables for accuracy, quality and constructability.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Civil, Structural, MEP and other project teams to resolve design issues.
- Lead the design team, allocate work and ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Coordinate with clients/consultants and support the team in resolving technical and project requirements.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Architectural or Civil Design Engineering/Coordination.
- Team leadership experience is mandatory, with proven ability to manage and guide a design team.
- AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory; experience with other relevant design software is required.
- Basic knowledge of Revit is required.
- Data Centre or high-end infrastructure project experience preferred.
