[GNRC] - Document Controller - MAA

- Manage and maintain AEC project documents, drawings, RFIs, submittals, transmittals and document registers.
- Handle document numbering, revision control, version tracking and archiving as per project procedures.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP, BIM and Project teams for document submissions and updates.
- Track reviews, approvals, comments and pending submissions, ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.
- Upload, distribute and manage project documents through ACC, BIM 360, Aconex or similar CDE platforms.
- Prepare document status reports, trackers and project documentation while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in AEC / Architecture / Engineering / Construction Document Control.
- Hands-on experience managing technical drawings and project documentation.
- Good understanding of revision control, document registers, transmittals and submission workflows.
- Experience with ACC / BIM 360 / Aconex / SharePoint or similar document management platforms.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools, with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Chennai-based candidates preferred; experience working with BIM/multidisciplinary AEC projects and international clients is an added advantage.
