Summary
Build and maintain Go-based services, design REST/gRPC APIs, and shape scalable distributed systems while collaborating with global teams and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements
- Develop, maintain, and evolve applications using Golang (Go) at Mid-level and Senior levels
- Design and implement RESTful and/or gRPC APIs
- Work on building distributed, highly scalable, and resilient systems
- Participate in architecture decisions and define development best practices
- Perform code reviews and ensure technical quality
- Work with system integration and messaging (queues, events)
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and process automation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders (in English)
- Mentor more junior developers (especially for senior-level positions)
