About AgentShelf

AgentShelf is an AI operations platform that helps businesses build, run, and govern specialized AI agents across their operations, without writing code or losing control of model costs.

Most companies experimenting with AI hit two immediate roadblocks: unpredictable LLM invoices and a lack of operational boundaries around what models, tools, and sensitive data can touch. AgentShelf solves this by providing a unified control plane. Teams get dedicated agent workspaces, approved business context, and tool connectors, backed by an enterprise LLM gateway with hard token budget caps, prompt versioning, and usage observability.

Alongside our flexible platform, we provide turnkey operational agents—including AI Front Desk, an omnichannel digital receptionist for websites and inbound phone lines that handles visitor questions, captures lead context, and escalates complex calls directly to human staff.

We have live customer deployments in production, strong foundational traction, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to drive customer acquisition across both our turnkey solutions and the broader AI operations platform.

The Role

As our GTM Manager, you will own the commercial execution behind AgentShelf's products. You will sit at the intersection of sales, product marketing, growth experiments, and community distribution. This is not a traditional corporate management role with layers of delegation—you’ll be rolling up your sleeves to talk directly with early customers, launch on new distribution platforms, test acquisition loops, and turn early product traction into repeatable revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Dual-Track Acquisition: Run targeted campaigns for turnkey entry products (AI Front Desk for web + phone) while identifying mid-market accounts that need broader agent workspace governance and LLM cost controls.
  • Own Platform Launches & Channel Distribution: Lead launches across Product Hunt, directory ecosystems, developer platforms, LinkedIn, and specialized AI communities to generate high-intent trial signups and demo requests.
  • Run Full-Cycle Outbound & Discovery: Reach out to operational leaders, marketing heads, and founders; conduct discovery calls to understand their workflow bottlenecks; and guide them through onboarding and deployment.
  • Refine Positioning & Commercial Messaging: Test messaging variants, landing page narratives, case studies, and collateral that clearly communicate the difference between single-purpose AI wrappers and a secure AI operations platform.
  • Build Partnership & Agency Channels: Establish relationships with marketing agencies, IT consultants, and automation builders who can deploy AgentShelf workspaces for their clients.
  • Inform the Product Roadmap: Act as the voice of the market by synthesizing customer feedback, feature requests, and conversion data directly into product priorities with the founders.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS go-to-market, growth marketing, tech sales, or product marketing (early-stage or founding GTM experience is a major plus).
  • Working Understanding of Modern AI: You grasp how LLMs, agentic workflows, API connectors, and model token costs operate, and you understand the real operational concerns businesses face around security and budget.
  • Execution Bias: You don't wait for a manual—you test channels, analyze data, iterate on copy, and double down on what works.
  • Crisp, Persuasive Communication: Exceptional writing and speaking skills. You can explain technical platform governance to non-technical operators and demo product capabilities with confidence.
  • Metric-Driven: Comfortable managing conversion funnels, trial-to-paid velocity, pipeline health, and customer acquisition costs

Why Join Us?

  • High-Impact Stage: You will directly shape the commercial foundation and trajectory of an early-stage AI company.
  • Real Technology, Real Utility: We build software businesses actually use to solve daily operational bottlenecks—not speculative wrapper toys.
  • Autonomy & Speed: Work directly with the founding team with minimal red tape, rapid decision-making, and significant ownership.
