About the Role :

We are looking for a technical engineering leader to own architecture, solution delivery, and platform modernization initiatives.

The role will provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams and drive the development of scalable enterprise applications and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define architecture standards and engineering roadmaps.

- Lead multiple engineering teams through technical leaders.

- Architect scalable backend systems, automation platforms, and enterprise integration solutions.

- Drive adoption of reusable services, frameworks, and engineering standards.

- Own delivery planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and release readiness.

- Conduct architecture reviews and critical code reviews.

- Establish standards for security, reliability, performance, observability, and cost optimization.

- Partner with business teams to prioritize technology initiatives.

- Mentor engineering leaders through coaching and technical guidance.

- Drive platform modernization and engineering excellence initiatives.

Required Experience :

- 7+ years of software engineering or technology delivery experience.

- Experience leading engineering teams.

- Strong expertise in Python and backend engineering.

- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and SQL.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms, and CI/CD.

- Experience delivering enterprise-scale software applications.

- Strong stakeholder management and technical decision-making abilities.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in Insurance, BFSI, FinTech, or other regulated industries.

- Exposure to workflow automation, search platforms, knowledge management systems, or intelligent business applications
