Job Summary

We are looking for a high-level systems architect to own the technical engine of a growth-stage agency. We help mortgage loan officer teams scale through Meta ads, and your role is to ensure every lead is captured, tracked, and nurtured through world-class GoHighLevel builds. This is not a "ticket-taker" role; we are looking for a proactive systems-thinker who uses AI (Claude) to build faster and smarter. Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End GHL Architecture: Build complete client systems from scratch, including funnels, surveys with complex conditional logic, workflows, calendars, pipelines, and custom fields.
  • Technical Integration & Tracking: Wire and troubleshoot Meta CAPI, lead-event mapping, form/trigger scoping, and cross-sub-account tracking.
  • AI-Driven Development: Operate within an AI-first workflow, utilizing Claude and Claude Code daily to build, debug, and document systems at high velocity.
  • Rapid Deployment: Complete new client GHL builds within 6 business hours of kickoff while maintaining an 80%+ "no-rework" quality standard.
  • System Optimization: Proactively transform repeat builds into scalable snapshots and SOPs. You are expected to ship at least two unprompted system improvements per month.
  • Queue Management: Handle daily GHL maintenance, fixes, and diagnostic requests with same-business-day resolution.

Requirements

  • Agency Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on GHL experience in a multi-client agency environment (snapshots, workflows, and funnels at volume). Single-account experience does not qualify.
  • AI Proficiency: Expert-level usage of Claude to build and debug. You must be able to demonstrate your AI workflow live during the interview process.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of GHL workflow automation, CRM administration, and funnel building.
  • Tracking Expertise: Proven experience with Meta CAPI and diagnosing conversion tracking issues.
  • Timezone & Region: Must be able to work 9 AM – 5 PM US Pacific Time (PST) as a permanent schedule. Candidates located in Latin America are strongly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional async written English and comfortability recording Loom videos for internal and client clarity.
  • Growth Mindset: A proactive nature—you look for ways to improve the system before you are asked to.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Claude Code tooling.
  • Background in the mortgage, real estate, or financial services niche.
  • Advanced technical skills including Webhooks and custom code (JavaScript/Python) for API integrations.
  • Proficiency with Zapier, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience building custom GHL dashboards.
