Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong expertise in GoLang, Microservices, and GCP
• Experience designing and scaling high-availability, cloud-native systems
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Security, and Observability
• Experience with Kafka/Event-Driven Architectures
• Expertise in performance optimization, distributed systems, and system design
• Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and driving engineering best practices

Primary Skills: GoLang, GCP, Microservices, Kafka, CI/CD, DevOps, Observability, System Design.

Role: Lead backend architecture, ensure reliability and scalability, drive technical excellence, and collaborate with stakeholders on delivery and roadmap decisions.
