Golang - Backend Developer

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in backend software development.

Proficiency in Golang is required. Experience with C++, C, or Python is an advantage.

Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including database design, optimization, and practical implementation.

Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, system integration, caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis), and backend performance optimization.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver tasks within agreed timelines.

Good communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.

Knowledge of Linux/server administration and deployment is a plus.

Able to leverage AI tools as productivity aids while maintaining independent technical judgment and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable backend services primarily using Golang.

Design, implement, and maintain database solutions using both SQL and NoSQL technologies.

Build and maintain secure, reliable, and well-documented APIs for internal and external system integrations.

Optimize application performance through efficient backend architecture, caching strategies, and code optimization.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues while ensuring system reliability and stability.
