Golang Backend Engineer – Hybrid (Burgess Hill)

Randstad Staffing in Burgess Hill is seeking a Golang Software Engineer to join our Loyalty and Benefits platform. You design and implement features within the Account domain and collaborate with engineering teams to share best practices and platform knowledge.

The ideal candidate has hands-on backend development with Go or other type-safe languages, solid experience with microservices, REST, and messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ, plus strong TDD and CI/CD skills.
