Duration: 12+ months

Required Technical Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience.


• Strong hands-on development experience with Go/Golang.


• Strong understanding of Go concurrency, goroutines, channels, interfaces, error handling, and memory management.


• Strong experience developing REST APIs and microservices.


• Solid understanding of distributed systems and scalable application architecture.


• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.


• Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.


• Strong experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as:


• MySQL


• MongoDB


• DynamoDB


• Experience with messaging/event-streaming technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.


• Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.


• Experience writing unit and integration tests using Go testing frameworks.


• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in large-scale retail, e-commerce, payments, supply chain, or marketplace platforms.


• Experience developing applications supporting high-volume transactions and millions of users.


• Experience with AWS services such as EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, and CloudWatch.


• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code.


• Experience with Kafka/event-driven architecture.


• Knowledge of Redis or other caching technologies.


• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, or ELK.


• Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, API security, and authentication/authorization.


• Experience with performance engineering and application profiling.


• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React or Angular is a plus.
