We are looking for Golang Developers (Backend / Full-stack) to join our engineering team on assignment with a leading financial-services client.
(React.js / Next.js and Flutter experience is a strong plus)
You will own feature-level delivery, contribute to technical design, and ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of the solutions you build.
5-10 Years of professional software development experience. Go (Golang) is the core of this role. Candidates who also bring React.js / Next.js and Flutter will take on full-stack work across backend, web, and mobile.
9am-6pm 100% on-site work (in office near Phrom Phong BTS station)

Key Responsibilities:
All candidates
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and software components using Go (Golang).
Translate business and technical requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and system integrations with internal and external services.
Participate in technical design discussions and propose architecture and implementation options.
Write clean, high-quality, well-tested code with appropriate unit and integration tests.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and application issues.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA Engineers, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, and other development teams.
Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment activities, and operational excellence.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Additionally, for the full-stack profile
Build and maintain web applications using React.js / Next.js.
Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Integrate RESTful APIs with web and mobile front ends.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across backend, web, and mobile applications.
Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5–10 years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend application development.
Solid experience in API design, data modeling, and system integration.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or equivalent).
Familiarity with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Required for the full-stack profile
Solid experience with React.js and/or Next.js for web application development.
Hands-on experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile application development.
Preferred
Experience in the financial services or banking domain is highly preferred.
Can start immediately or within Nov - beginning of Dec 2026.
