Builds and maintains Go-based backend services in Linux, integrating auth systems (SSO/MFA, LDAP, PKI) and container tooling (Docker, Kubernetes).

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Golang Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Golang programming and Linux-based development environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with container technologies, authentication and access-management mechanisms, directory services, certificate management, and software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement new functional features using Golang.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality and refactor existing code to deliver optimized solutions.
  • Participate in solution design sessions to evaluate technical options and associated benefits.
  • Decompose business requirements into detailed and manageable technical requirements.
  • Accurately assess development effort required to complete assigned work.
  • Create and maintain technical and solution documentation.
  • Analyze and understand existing applications using code reverse-engineering techniques.
  • Develop and support applications within Linux-based environments.
  • Work with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Support PKI certificate management and SSH key management within Linux environments.
  • Work with Active Directory/LDAP, including user/group structures, LDAP queries, and LDAP filters.
  • Develop and integrate open-source components and libraries involving DNS, certificates, LDAP schema, and PAM authentication modules.
  • Support access and authentication mechanisms including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Golang programming.
  • Minimum 2+ years of Golang development experience.
  • Strong Linux background with hands-on development experience in Linux environments.
  • Strong understanding of Linux OS concepts, PKI certificate management, and SSH key management.
  • Good understanding of Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Experience with LDAP user/group structures, queries, and filters.
  • Development experience with open-source components or libraries involving DNS, certificates, LDAP schema, and PAM authentication.
  • Understanding of access and authentication mechanisms such as SSO and MFA.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, code-quality, and refactoring skills.
  • Knowledge of code reverse-engineering techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned development activities.
