What you will do:

• Design and evolve scalable backend services and APIs

• Write and review production-grade Go code

• Make pragmatic decisions around service boundaries, reliability, performance, and operability

• Improve systems running in Kubernetes-based environments

• Lead complex technical initiatives from problem definition to production

• Mentor engineers and raise the quality of technical discussions and reviews

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams

What you bring:

• Deep, hands-on experience with Go

• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized production systems

• Experience designing and operating microservices and distributed systems

• Solid understanding of APIs, asynchronous processing, observability, and failure handling

• A track record of delivering reliable systems—not only designing them

• Sound engineering judgment and the ability to explain trade-offs clearly

• Confidence working with ambiguity and taking ownership of complex problems

• Professional English communication skills

A strong bonus:

• Practical experience using AI coding tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, or code review

• Experience introducing AI-assisted workflows without compromising security, quality, or engineering judgment

• Background in networking, telecommunications, observability, or high-volume data platforms
