• Lead the full-stack rebuild of a legacy platform into a modern, responsive product
• Build Go services that expose REST APIs consumed by a React front end, serving enterprise-grade finance customers
• Implement and manage AWS-based container deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Work closely with technical teams to keep DevOps workflows smooth and consistent
• Select and integrate JavaScript libraries that improve performance without compromising security
• Extend existing infrastructure to enable more partner integrations
• Partner with stakeholders to design, develop, test, release and improve services
• Uphold development standards and build scalable, maintainable software

• 3-5 years of working experience, with proven hands-on expertise in Go
• Strong command of Go fundamentals: concurrency (goroutines, channels, context, sync), Go modules and profiling with pprof
• Experience building microservices, including messaging and gRPC
• Strong knowledge of AWS, plus Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile, CI and release automation
• Solid grounding in data structures, algorithms and web application architecture
• Experience writing unit tests and technical documentation for Go, and strong Git skills
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving ability
