Golang Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Golang Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Go programming, cloud-native development, APIs, and distributed systems, with a focus on building reliable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend applications using Golang (Go).
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side applications.
• Integrate applications with databases, messaging systems, and third-party services.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and participate in DevOps activities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Golang (Go).
• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience in developing REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and concurrency concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience building highly scalable enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of security best practices and performance tuning.
