Role Descriptions: " Design and build data pipelines and models using Snowflake and dbt Design| develop| test| and support backend services and APIs using Golang. Build and deploy scalable| resilient cloud-native applications on AWS. Develop microservices and integrations supporting IVA/contact-centre capabilities and workflows. Work with relevant AWS services for compute| storage| messaging| API integration| monitoring| and security. Implement REST APIs| event-driven integrations| and reusable services following engineering best practices. Troubleshoot application and production issues| including performance| reliability| and integration problems. Follow CI/CD| automated testing| code-review| observability| and secure coding practices. Collaborate with architecture| product| contact-centre| and engineering teams to deliver business requirements."
