Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (6-10 years) with strong expertise in React,
Golang, PostgreSQL, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications and distributed
systems. The role requires hands-on experience in modern backend development using Go, frontend
development using React, event-driven architectures, cloud-native technologies, and containerized
deployments.
Experience in the Point of Sale (POS) domain will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React and Golang (Go).
• Build and implement Microservices-based architectures following industry best practices.
• Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React and modern frontend
frameworks/libraries.
• Design and develop RESTful and gRPC services for high-performance communication
between distributed services.
• Build event-driven systems using NATS JetStream and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Develop database solutions using PostgreSQL, including schema design, optimization, and
performance tuning.
• Implement caching strategies using Redis to improve application performance and
scalability.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and DevOps engineers throughout
the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Implement security, monitoring, logging, and observability best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend
• Strong experience with React.js
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)
• HTML5, CSS3, responsive design principles
• API integration and frontend performance optimization
Backend
• Strong hands-on experience in Golang (Go)
• Building scalable and resilient backend services
• Concurrency, Goroutines, Channels, and Go design patterns
• REST APIs and gRPC implementation
Database
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Query optimization, indexing, performance tuning
• Database design and normalization
Architecture & Integration
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
• API Gateway concepts
• Event-driven architecture and distributed systems
• Service-to-service communication using gRPC
Caching & Messaging
• Hands-on experience with Redis
• Experience with NATS JetStream
• Message queues, event streaming, pub/sub patterns
Cloud & DevOps
• Experience working on at least one cloud platform:
o AWS
o Azure
o GCP
• Hands-on experience with Docker
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Source control using Git
Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s)
• Knowledge of .NET / C#
• Experience with Service Mesh and container orchestration
• Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Experience in POS (Point of Sale) domain
• Knowledge of payment integrations, retail workflows, inventory management, and
transaction processing systems
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or
a related field.
• 6 to 10 years of software development experience.
• Proven experience delivering scalable enterprise applications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive features end-to-end.
• Passion for clean code, design patterns, and software craftsmanship.
• Experience working in high-performance, distributed environments.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership.
