We are seeking a talented Golang Software Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Golang development, distributed systems, CI/CD practices, and modern software engineering methodologies. What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Golang and modern software development frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define, design, and deliver new application features.
• Develop scalable and reliable enterprise applications capable of supporting high-volume workloads.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Gradle, and related DevOps tools.
• Utilize Git and GitHub for source code management, collaboration, and version control.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code following engineering best practices.
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality.
• Work with databases including PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis, and InfluxDB to support data-intensive applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in coding standards and application quality.
• Troubleshoot application issues and support production deployments and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and software development practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in software development and backend engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Golang development.
• Experience developing distributed, multi-tier, and enterprise-grade applications.
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and Python programming languages.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Gradle.
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub version control systems.
• Experience implementing unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing practices.
• Understanding of software design principles, algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis, and InfluxDB.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, backend services, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced development environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
