Golf Course Manager NF-04

This position is located at the Cheyenne Shadows Golf Club at Fort Carson. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Manages, plans, and directs the daily operations of a golf course facility to include golf course maintenance. Monitors the procurement of all supplies, equipment, and retail items for the activity.

Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base. Provides and maintains teaching program for patronage at the individual and group levels.

Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies. Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives. Reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors including other PGA Professionals.

Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Prepares financial and operational briefings as required.

Responsible for all food and beverage operations within the facility.
