Golf Services Professionals are responsible for providing exceptional service while maintaining the pristine condition of our golf facilities. Golf Services Professionals are dedicated individuals with a passion for golf and a commitment to delivering excellence in customer service.
Essential Job Duties:
Bag Handling
- Greet Members and guests upon arrival
- Assist with unloading/loading golf bags
- Ensure bags are properly stored and organized
Cart Management
- Manage the fleet of golf carts, including cleaning, charging, and arranging for maintenance as needed.
- Ensure carts are available and always prepared for use
Driving Range Maintenance
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the driving range, including:
- Picking up golf balls
- Replenishing supplies
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing Member and guest inquiries
- Assisting with tee time reservations
- Offering assistance, as needed, on the course
Safety Compliance
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards, including:
- Golf cart operation
- Driving range protocols
- General course safety
