工廠專案經理（製造/NPI）Plant Project Manager
Description
Molex is seeking an experienced Plant PJM, support plant project management activities for Liquid Cooling programs.
This role focuses on assisting factory readiness, NPI execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful pilot builds and smooth ramp to mass production.
Our Team
Our team: ME engineer team in Datacom & Specialty Solutions (DSS) division.
Project stakeholders: Internal (all levels of the organization) and external contacts (customers, suppliers, etc.). The information exchange is typically complex, technical, and confidential. This position requires negotiation with other individuals, departments, suppliers, and customers.
What You Will Do (Job Description)
- Project Coordination & Tracking
o Support project planning, schedule tracking, and action follow-up to ensure on-time execution across cross-functional teams.
- NPI & Factory Readiness Support
o Assist in NPI and factory readiness activities, including process documentation, pilot build preparation, and ramp readiness tracking.
- Production Line & Equipment Setup
o Support production line setup, equipment readiness tracking, and coordination with engineering teams to ensure production readiness.
- Materials & Supply Readiness
o Track material availability, follow up on delivery status, and highlight potential supply risks.
- Quality, Test & Audit Support
o Assist in preparing quality documents, support test readiness tracking, and help coordinate customer audits or site visits.
o Reporting & Continuous Improvement
o Prepare project status updates, escalate risks when needed, and participate in continuous improvement and learning activities.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / related field
- 2 years experience (fresh graduate welcome)
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or project coordination is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to learn and work in cross-functional teams
What Will Put You Ahead
- Manufacturing systems knowledge: SAP, basic understanding of S&OP/capacity planning
- Familiarity with NPI/PPAP/APQP concepts, PFMEA/Control Plan, and structured problem solving
- Experience with new production line setup/capacity expansion, equipment & facilities projects, and/or liquid cooling, thermal, fluid handling, leak test, or clean process manufacturing is preferred.
