Responsibilities

职责

• HVAC system operation and maintenance

暖通空调系统通风系统运营和维护

• Water system & pump system operation and maintenance

水系统和水泵系统运营和维护

• Responsible for chiller system operation and maintenance

冷冻水（冷冻机）系统运营和维护

• Responsible for cooling tower system operation and maintenance

冷却水（冷却塔）系统运营和维护

• Responsible for Heat pump system operation and maintenance

热水（热泵）系统运营和维护

• Responsible for BMS (DDC) remote controlling and data analysis

楼宇控制（设施运行控制）系统的操作和基于操作平台的数据分析

-Facility controlling for meeting plant requirement

设施的远程和本地控制满足工厂对能源设施的需求

-Data analysis for potential energy saving measures identification

基于平台的数据分析，挖掘潜在的节能节水的项目

• Overall TPM planning and implementation

年度TPM计划和监督实施

• Facility operation risk and problem identification and improvement

设施运行的风险和问题识别，并持续性改进

• Other tasks assigned by superiors

上级交办的为实现公司业务目标的其他工作

Qualifications & Requirements

任职资格及要求

Education学历

Bechelor degree or above.

本科及以上学历。

Mechanicla background

机械行业背景

•Skills技能

-Good oral and writing English skills

熟练的英语书写和口头交流能力；

-Fluent CAD skills

基础的画图、读图和布局规划、设计能力；

•Experience工作经验

-Three years+ related working experience

三年以上相关行业工作经验；

-Working experience at JV or WOFE preferred;

具备合资或外商独资企业工作经验者优先；

-Preference for experience in manufacturing environment; background in automotive industry will be a plus;

具有制造业工作经历或者汽车工业背景者优先考虑；

-Candidates with outstanding competence and potential of rapid growth are also considered with lower conditions.
