供應鏈管理(資深)專員 Supply Chain Management (Sr.) Specialist

【Responsibilities】

1. Holding the monthly consensus meeting with Sales and PM to align expectations before moving plan forecast is created.

2. Maintain and update weekly forecast in the system and analyze forecast accuracy in a timely manner to correct the situation.

3. Coordinate with the Supply Chain Planning (SCP) to ensure supply and delivery of products.

4. Be proactive in following NPI and acting as a trouble shooter to resolve issues of excessive/shortage products.

5. Prepare and report SCM KPI in a regular meeting.

6. Perform other duties as assigned, some of which may be essential to the job.

• Job level will be determined based on candidates' work experience.

【工作職掌】

1. 每月召開與 Sales 及 PM 的共識會議，在制定計畫預測前先對齊需求與目標。

2. 維護並更新系統中的每週預測數據，定期分析預測準確度，並即時調整以改善偏差。

3. 與供應鏈規劃團隊密切合作，確保產品供應與交期順利達成。

4. 主動跟進新品導入進度，並擔任問題解決者，處理產品過剩或短缺等異常狀況。

5. 定期準備並報告 SCM KPI。

6. 執行主管交辦之其他相關工作事項 (其中部分工作內容可能為職務必要職責)。
