Working hours:
Weekday: 7am to 7pm (8 hours)
Sat: 7am to 1.30pm (4 hours)
44 hours per work week
Jobscope:
• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
