This is a remote position.



We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to drive user acquisition through high-performing Google Ads campaigns across international markets. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced with large budgets, and confident in making independent, data-driven decisions.

Your Duties:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Manage campaigns across international markets.
  • Monitor performance and optimize bids, targeting, budgets, and ad copy.
  • Conduct keyword research and build scalable campaign structures.
  • Write and test high-converting ad copy.
  • Analyze campaign data, KPIs, and ROI to identify growth opportunities.
  • Participate in strategy and brainstorming sessions to improve campaign performance.

Requirements


  • 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience focused on user acquisition.
  • Experience managing Google Ads budgets of €100K+ per month; €200K+ is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience writing effective, conversion-focused ad copy.
  • Experience working independently and taking ownership of campaign performance.
  • Experience working at a marketing or performance marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads optimization, bidding, targeting, and campaign structure.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
