Description

Compensation: ₹3L – ₹4L

This role is about both capturing intent and creating demand—not just bidding on keywords or generating video views. You’ll manage campaigns end to end, identify opportunities to scale, and work closely with our creative and growth teams to improve performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Google Ads accounts for D2C ecommerce brands
  • Plan, launch, and optimize: Brand and non-brand Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max
  • Capture high-intent traffic and scale campaigns profitably
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, revenue, and profitable growth
  • Analyze search terms, reduce wasted spend, and identify new opportunities
  • Improve product feeds and maintain Merchant Center health
  • Test bidding strategies, campaign structures, audiences, offers, and landing pages
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop better hooks, formats, and ad concepts
  • Track performance, identify what is driving results, and communicate clear next steps
  • Ensure campaign tracking and attribution are set up and functioning correctly

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads for D2C or ecommerce brands
  • Strong understanding of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube
  • Experience working with meaningful ad budgets and scaling campaigns profitably
  • A clear understanding of ecommerce metrics, including ROAS, CPA, AOV, conversion rate, and revenue
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and product-feed optimization
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Ability to diagnose performance issues beyond the campaign dashboard
  • Strong analytical thinking with a practical, action-oriented approach
  • Comfortable collaborating with creative, media, and growth teams

You’ll Be a Strong Fit If

  • You think beyond keywords, bids, and campaign settings
  • You understand how creative, offers, landing pages, and product feeds affect performance
  • You know when to scale, when to restructure, and when to stop wasting spend
  • You can explain performance clearly without hiding behind jargon
  • You’re comfortable taking ownership and being accountable for outcomes

This is not a role for someone who only monitors dashboards or follows automated recommendations. We’re looking for someone who can actively improve accounts, find growth opportunities, and connect media buying with the wider customer journey.
