Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Vertex AI Model Development.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues, supporting critical business applications, monitoring system performance, and ensuring smooth application operations.

The candidate should also have a good understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI Evaluation Frameworks. They should be able to use AI capabilities to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability, responsible usage, and business value.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Google Cloud Vertex AI Model Development.
• Work with and guide the team to achieve project goals.
• Take responsibility for technical and team-related decisions.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to important technical decisions.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across applications and systems.
• Provide solutions to problems within the team and across multiple teams.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team capabilities.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve potential issues.
• Support continuous improvement of applications and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Google Cloud Vertex AI Model Development.
• Good understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture.
• Experience in machine learning model deployment and management.
• Knowledge of data processing and analysis tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI Evaluation Frameworks.
• Ability to align AI solutions with business requirements.
• Understanding of scalability and responsible AI usage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Google Cloud Vertex AI Model Development.
• 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
• Work location: Bengaluru.
