[Gov] Event Executive

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both event operations and community engagement, supporting major productions and programmes that bring people together.
Contract Period: Oct 2026-Mar 2027
Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am-6pm, Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm (Flexibility required to work evenings and weekends during rehearsal and event periods)
Location: Central / Event Sites
🗝️Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale events, including venue operations, logistics coordination, and on-site setup.
- Coordinate community engagement initiatives, including managing submissions, liaising with organisers, and ensuring smooth programme rollout across multiple locations.
- Assist in developing and implementing crowd management, security coordination, and contingency plans with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage logistics inventory (e.g. event materials, equipment, supplies) including packing, tracking, and deployment across rehearsals and event days.
- Provide administrative and secretariat support such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Support publicity and outreach efforts, including coordinating event collaterals, stakeholder communications, and post-event reporting.
🧩Requirements:
- Singaporean only.
- Min diploma with 1-2 years of experience in events, operations, project coordination, or administrative support.
- Meticulous, hands-on, and comfortable with both administrative and physical event setup tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak event periods.
