[Gov] Up to $5700 | Manager, Operations and Partnerships

Title: Manager
Salary: $5600 + $100
Duration: Till 31 March 2027

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations for assigned areas, ensuring SLA targets are met (engagements, service quality, reporting)

• Lead, coach, and performance manage a team

• Ensure deployment plans align with project priorities and manpower availability

• Conduct regular ground visits to assess service quality and operational compliance

• Handle escalations, service recovery, and client/stakeholder communications

• Analyse engagement data and recommend operational improvements

• Coordinate with Project Management and other teams for cross-support during campaigns

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in a related field

• Strong leadership presence, able to inspire and hold teams accountable

• Commercially aware, able to spot growth opportunities and optimize resources

• High emotional intelligence, can manage diverse teams and client expectations

• Results-driven, committed to meeting and exceeding SLAs

• Problem-solver, able to make sound decisions under pressure

• Adaptable & comfortable in a fast-paced, changing operational environment
