Governance & Assurance Manager (ITSM)

- Maintain and enforce IT Infrastructure governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Perform infrastructure risk assessments and identify operational, security, resilience, and third-party risks.
- Design, monitor, and review infrastructure controls.
- Coordinate internal and external IT audits.
- Prepare audit evidence and manage remediation activities.
- Conduct periodic governance and assurance reviews.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Produce governance, risk, and compliance reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Risk, and Audit teams.
- Recommend continuous improvements to governance processes and control effectiveness.
